The Caney Fork is a beautiful river stocked with several types trout fish and surrounded by nature and wildlife. It’s a great place to relax and create new memories with family and friends. This peaceful class 1 river is a treat for anyone looking to spend a little bit of time in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

We offer a few options for your trip. The main things to consider are whether you want to canoe or kayak and which length of trip you want to take. A River Excursion for Everyone

What better way to relax outdoors than touring the Caney Fork River in a canoe. With a slow, but noticeable current, the Caney Fork is great for people of all experience levels.

The river is surrounded by beautiful trees, relaxing shade, and the sounds of nature saying hello. You will encounter cows along the bank, many different types of trout in the water, and several species of birds flying by. On our 9 mile trip, you will even get a chance to see our beautiful bald eagles watching from above, an old train bridge built in the 1800’s and featured in the movie “The Green Mile”, and explore a massive cave!

Weekdays: 6 mile is $22.99 per person; 9 mile is $10 more per person

Weekends: Add an additional $5.00

Whether you are a novice or a professional, kayaking the Caney Fork is a great way to spend the day! The area in which we will take you is a Class 1 rapid, so it is great for beginners.

Our sit-on-top or sit-in kayaks will give you flexibility in the water and the ability to get in and out quickly. Our kayaks are great for beginners as well as those with more experience.

Our solo kayaks are the perfect choice for those  who want a different type of excitement on the water. Or bring your friends and go tandem, with our two person kayaks! Whichever you choose, Canoe the Caney’s kayak rentals on the Caney Fork, will be sure to please everyone in your group.

Weekdays: 6 mile is $34.99 per person; 9 mile is $10 more per person
