At Canoe The Caney, we love the River, and we want to do our part in helping keep it clean! We are now accepting volunteer paddlers for our annual Caney Fork River clean up project. Help us  keep the Caney clean and enjoy a Free Canoe Trip, on us!

Scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Sunday September 23, 2012, volunteers will first meet at our main location for a quick briefing on the clean up plan, and to gather supplies. We will then leave for the Caney Fork, where we will collect cans and litter as we float 6 miles from the Dam to Happy Hollow!

We will also be offering fun contests for the most cans picked, and more! When you’re done you’ll be saying picking up cans has never been more fun!

We encourage volunteers to register as soon as possible. Please contact Jerry Sopp at 931-858-2628, if you have questions or would like to register.

Thanks again for your support!
