Caney Fork Access Points

Along approximately 26 miles of river, The Caney Fork offers seven public launch ramps, each with designated parking. This allows plenty of options when deciding how long of a trip you wish to paddle and what locations suit you best.

Caney Fork Generation Schedule

Anyone familiar with The Caney Fork River knows how important it is to keep up with the Generation Schedule of the river. Being a dam controlled river, the water level can go from dry to overflowing in a matter of an hour. This can leave you stranded on an island or greatly affect the pace of your trip.

Always be sure to know and understand the generation flow before paddling. For anyone unfamiliar, reach out to one of the many rental operations along the river and they would be happy to go over how the water is flowing with you!

Center Hill Reservoir

The river’s reservoir, Center Hill Lake, enhances its allure, serving as a hub for water-based recreation and providing essential resources for the surrounding communities. Check out some boat rental options or head on down to a marina for dinner on the water!
